Randy Bowman

President

Mr. Bowman is currently the GM for Orange Park Mall. He is a self-starter and proven leader with well­-rounded experience in managing multi-­unit merchandising environments, supervising entire operations of retail chain stores, and overseeing every aspect of both founding and running businesses. He also enjoys  getting out on the water and using his wave runner, surfing, sky diving, mountain climbing, and traveling the globe.

Lauren Schultz

Lauren Schultz, a Jacksonville native,  is the Business Development Specialist for VyStar Credit Union's Investment Services and has been working in Finance for over 10 years.  She is heavily involved in community and volunteer efforts including serving on the Rotary Communications and Public Relations Committee, Rotary Foundation Committee and the United Way’s Atlantic Circle Committee.  In her spare time you can find Lauren traveling, hiking her favorite local trail at the Arboretum and Gardens, or sipping a bourbon with a cigar at a local hot-spot. 

Michael Smith

Treasurer

Michael is a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Vanguard. He sits on the Board of several local community organizations, including Rendezvous Film Festival & Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Michael is passionate about animal rescue and even adopted an amazing Papillon named Rex. He is an entrepreneur who has started multiple businesses, but even though he stays busy, he always takes the time to enjoy a cup of coffee with his fellow Rotaractors.   

Glenn

CCR ADVISOR

G. Glenn Warren, an AV-rated attorney, with Warren, Metcalf & Mairs, PPLC, has been working in the insurance arena for almost 30 years. He has handled over 6,000 auto accident injury cases. Glenn has extensive knowledge and experience with both the legal and insurance procedures, as he worked for State Farm Insurance prior to practicing law. He has tried several cases to verdict and has obtained positive verdicts and settlements greater than $2 million for his clients. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Finance from the University of Florida and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Glenn is married to his wife, Lori, and has two daughters. He is actively involved in the community as the Immediate Past President of the Orange Park Sunrise Rotary Club. Through Rotary, he traveled to Gabon, Africa to assist with the building and opening of a medical clinic.  Glenn is also a Past President of the Catholic Lawyer Guild and member of St. Luke Catholic Parish in Middleburg. He was the Muskogee District Chairman of the Boy Scouts North Florida Council (2013-2015) and is an Eagle Scout. Glenn, a Clay County resident for over 40 years is an avid golfer and racquetball player and loves to travel with his family.

Daniel Arnwine

Community Service Coordinator

Danielle Arnwine is the Clay County Rotaract’s Community Service Chair. She currently work at AmeriCorps with Catholic Charities as a resource coordinator for their Refugee Resettlement Program. Her hobbies include reading, writing, and giving back to the community.  In the future, she hopes to be a lawyer for the United Nations.
